How much notice must be given if I want to move out?

When moving out, we would appreciate 14 days notice.

How long do I have to sign up for?

It is a month-to-month lease.

How do I make a payment?

You can mail your payment in, drop it in our drop box, come in and pay in person, call with a credit card, pay on line or sign up for automatic payment

When can I get in the gate?

The gate is accessible from 6am-10pm.

What do I do if I want to rent a unit on Sunday?

Someone would need to come in and register for the unit and make payment prior to Sunday.

What happens if I lock myself out of my unit?

If you forget your combination or key, we can cut off your lock for a $25 fee.

Do you send out invoices?

No, we do not send out invoices. You have a 10 day grace period from the date your rent is due. If rent is late then a late fee of $15 will be assessed.
